My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were comfortable, but a bit outdated. The service was top-notch and very accommodating. The location was excellent for exploring the city, and the dining options were diverse. However, the cleanliness of the rooms could have been improved.

My stay at the Leonardo in Jerusalem was overall quite pleasant. The hotel offers spacious rooms with a great view, exceptional service from dedicated staff members, and a convenient location for exploring the holy sites of Jerusalem. However, there were some inconsistencies in the service at times and the dining experiences were just fine.
