My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were comfortable, but a bit outdated. The service was top-notch and very accommodating. The location was excellent for exploring the city, and the dining options were diverse. However, the cleanliness of the rooms could have been improved.

My stay at the Leonardo in Jerusalem was overall quite pleasant. The hotel offers spacious rooms with a great view, exceptional service from dedicated staff members, and a convenient location for exploring the holy sites of Jerusalem. However, there were some inconsistencies in the service at times and the dining experiences were just fine.

The room I stayed in before the normal check-in time was a generally decent size, but the room I was eventually assigned was SO LARGE! I even had a lovely view from the window.

The service at the hotel went beyond my expectations, especially thanks to Ali, the lobby manager, and Ibrahim, the evening manager. They truly made sure that I was satisfied with every aspect of my stay.

The location of the hotel is on high ground overlooking the holy sites of Jerusalem. It is conveniently situated between Palestinian/Muslim East Jerusalem and Mea Shearim/Geula. A true gem!
